Ordered a new pair of Oakley crosslink glasses with an extra set of earpieces. Got there to pick them up and the guys says the earpieces that you wanted were on backorder do you get this color. Then showed me the glasses and the frames we're pewter instead of grey. I tell him why are they not grey like the display he said " Well they are almost grey" I'm like what the heck??? No they are not almost grey. The sales rep Eric had a terrible attitude and should probably not help customers anymore or at very least be retrained. V... read more
