My glasses are very late and that might even be acceptable. The fact that I needed to contact their facility to get an updated arrival date is moderately annoying. But the fact that the answer each time was that they will be there the day after tomorrow with no explanation or appoligy is unacceptable. Upon calling corporate I was informed that a lab moved and has caused supply chain problems. Very professional and kind. They worked me in for an appointment right away and afterwards worked with me to find me the best deal on my glasses. I had to switch from my usual eye doctor because of a change in insurance. I am glad I did! Great job guys!
Very proffessional and kind. Noticed an issue with my eye and referred me to a specialist. They even filed down my old pair of Tiffany's our puppy chewed on! Can't wait for the text saying my new glasses are ready.
I have now waited 3 day for a pair of glasses. I was told yesterday that my glasses were made incorrectly and had to be replaced and yet it is ove 24 hours later and I am still told that it will be a few more hours this is unacceptable
