I have been a customer with Len's Crafters for over 15 years. I had been having a good experience with them until I came across this store. I ordered several pairs of glasses here. When the glasses arrived they did not take time to adjust them without me requesting them to do so.They were inexperienced, and scratched the frame on a pair while attempting to adjust them. They said they would reorder the glasses free of charge. The second pair of glasses I ordered broke within two days. The full lense fell out. They refused to... read more
