I have been a customer with Len's Crafters for over 15 years. I had been having a good experience with them until I came across this store. I ordered several pairs of glasses here. When the glasses arrived they did not take time to adjust them without me requesting them to do so.They were inexperienced, and scratched the frame on a pair while attempting to adjust them. Absolutely terrible and humiliating service! Kept telling me I was trying to use medical insurance for vision - I kept telling them that I wasn’t! They acted like we didn’t belong in there and the manager was a straight up snotty bi***- if she would have just given the effort instead of making me look crazy - we went next door to visionworks and low and behold our EYEMED insurance worked and walked out with contacts and our dignity!!! I walked in today at 5:00 pm with my elderly mother's broken glasses. Caleb was able to bend them back into shape in 5 minutes-good as new! Thank you! I really appreciated your assistance and willingness to help! Excellent customer service.
My appointment was at 3:40pm. I write this from the exam room still waiting for the doctor to come in at 5:10pm. Front desk couldn't verify my insurance. I had to ask the girl to get a boss to figure it out. Then come to find out they didn't use our insurance the last 2 times we were here with our son. So I need to file for reimbursement. First exam room was fun- every.single.eye.test had to be redone as she "didn't capture" what she needed. ��

Been getting the run around from these people--was called and told my contacts were in; went to pick them up 2 days later! Now suddenly not only are my contacts not in, they are "backordered!" My prescription is custom because of very poor vision; I realize this takes longer but how can custom scrip lenses be backordered?? Dr. Walden is great, but the staff is horrible! But since they've charged my credit card, I'm stuck waiting on them but after I get my contacts--I'm done with this place.
Last spring it took 3 tries to get my new glasses, know 14 months later, they can't fix them. I'm done with them.
