About 14 months ago I purchased a new set of glasses and a pair of sun glasses. I spent more money on glasses than I had ever spent before. I bought Ray Bans thinking quality. Well.....I just left LensCrafters for the 4th time in 14 months and they told me there is nothing they can do about a defective frame. They offered to sell me a new frame, no thank you.
