Such a great location. Doctor is great, staff is helpful, and selection is plentiful👀👍
I was excited to find a frame that I like. However after waiting twenty minutes for someone to help me, which is no problem. I started getting help then I was dropped for the next person that walked in the store. Not only is that rude but not a great away for customers to have a valued experience getting glasses. Unfortunately I left because I feel not appreciated for giving my business to them when there are many options. LensCrafters did a great job of working me through my appointment and getting my new glasses ordered.
I had stepped on my glasses which caused the filament line that supports the lens to break. I talked to Suzie who fixed my glasses for free! Susie was very nice and friendly. I feel very blessed to have found this store and employees so professional and kind.
The sales associates at this LensCrafters location are so attentive and helpful. They didn't hover, which I appreciate. Sam was kind enough to help me even after arriving 30 minutes before they closed. She explained how their LC+ program worked and I was sold! Sam is the best. Please see her if you need help with glasses!
