This location is clean, friendly and very professional. Staff was so polite at each appointment. My two issues were the optometrist showed little concern to my current eye condition stating I had allergies after I shared symptoms of itching, pain, soreness and red eyes. I stated I’m worried about infection and I was asked to comeback with in a week if the issue persists. I followed up with medical doctor who confirmed infection in the eyes. Everything -- from scheduling the appt to purchasing the glasses -- was perfect! The associate who helped me pick out the frames and design the lenses was very talented. :)
Cheyenne provided an exceptional level of service unlike anything I’ve experienced from optical staff before. She took the time to truly personalize my visit—listening carefully and suggesting lenses that complemented my features perfectly. Her honesty and insight were both professional and refreshing. Cheyenne made me feel like a valued client, with my satisfaction clearly being her top priority.
