I am still fuming over this. Went in for an eye exam for my yearly. Didn't get much interaction with the staff except being told what needs to be filled out and where to wait. Get taken in for the exam, come out to pay, am told its nearly $50 over what my insurance copay is. Im informed that the retinal exam is extra. You should be telling people that BEFORE the service is rendered. Ya know, so I have the choice. I appreciate you guys taking that $50 with from me without my consent though. Sam provided outstanding service! She was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect glasses. I highly recommend!
I came into the store and spoke with sevina (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell it ) and Suzy I believe but there two wonderful people took amazing care of me and got my tom ford glasses fixed the nose pad piece broke off they were efficient willing to help and very friendly , once again thank you for everything:) would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 times
Sam is an absolute gem, she was so genuine and answered every question we had.
