LensCrafters did a great job of working me through my appointment and getting my new glasses ordered.
I had stepped on my glasses which caused the filament line that supports the lens to break. I talked to Suzie who fixed my glasses for free! Susie was very nice and friendly. I feel very blessed to have found this store and employees so professional and kind.
The sales associates at this LensCrafters location are so attentive and helpful. They didn't hover, which I appreciate. Sam was kind enough to help me even after arriving 30 minutes before they closed. She explained how their LC+ program worked and I was sold! Sam is the best. Please see her if you need help with glasses!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Raad for my eye care the last Resideo years. She is very thorough and I always feel that I receive the best care.
Doctor and all staff was very friendly and helpful, providing plenty of options for me to make the best decision for myself. Not pushy on any of the extras but give you an idea of everything you may or may not need.
