My wife showed up to have her exam and purchase glasses. We walked in all wearing masks, but my wife suffers from breathing issues, so her nose was exposed. The lady who wasn’t even helping us told her to pull her mask all the way up. How rude!! You don’t accept patients who have breathing or medical issues?? Horrible staff horrible experience can’t do anything you ask of them but every other location does what they need to get the job done this location is a complete joke and waste of time never doing business here again
RecommendedHad a great eye care experience tonight with Dr. Vance and her staff! They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Sometimes I stuff creeps me out so they made me feel super comfortable!
