Ordered very expensive glasses a month ago have been calling to see if ready-not. Was told what I ordered takes 2 weeks. Called today asked for Manager who did not seem overly interested in customer care. She after putting me on hold 5 minutes came back to tell me my glasses had been ready since last week. When I asked why I was not called she proceed to be dishonest and claim they emailed me I got no email. I guess going forth I will think again before buying LensCrafters again������
