I have been a long time lenscrafters customer but this location is by far the best. Sonia and Lorena were extremely helpful, kind and patient. They made sure both me and my mom found the perfect pair of glasses and went above and beyond for us. I worked in customer service for a long time and they are the embodiment of excellent CS. Good experience.
Came here to buy glasses for my seven year old son. I've been waiting 25 minutes so far for a clerk to help us. Two people working, four customers in the store. Every upsell this place adds (UV coating, anti glare, guarantees) another 15 minutes to the sales process, so there's no end in sight. My wife is far more patient than I, or we would have left 15 minutes ago.
