Roxana was a very good agent. She even talks French. Good experience there.
Excelente servicio
I told I will need to pay $95 even with in network coverage for eye exam. I called my insurance provider and they verified I am covered upto $100 initial cost of exam. Ether they are ripping people off or just letting anyone do the work without training.
Britney who assisted me in getting my glasses was very helpful and patient with me as I kept changing my mind and kept asking questions . She understood and adapted to my hearing impairment.
