Did not offer no help, rude at the front desk
This must be one of the best Lenscrafters branches anywhere. As a snowbird from Florida, more than once I've been rescued at the last minute by this Lenscrafters. Brittney is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while providing us with just the right specialized service promptly. A++

The last few weeks have gone beyond poor, beyond inexcusable, and straight into farcical. At times, I wondered if this was some kind of performance art piece about the futility of customer expectations, because surely no real company could fumble this badly by accident. I went in on 4/28 for an eye exam and to order glasses, since mine had broken and I enjoy being able to see. The exam itself went well—credit to the doctor, who was one of the few positives. This was not a great experience. The eye exam itself went well, and the doctor was helpful. I received my prescription and picked out a pair of frames. The associate checking me out didn’t present any lens options to me. She simply gave me a final total and I had to ask for blue light protection to be added. Once that was added, I checked out and found that additional warranty (at cost) had been added to my bill without my knowledge. I had to return to the store to get a refund.
