RecommendedThis location is the place to be for all your vision needs! I scheduled an appt online but had to request a later time and they were extremely accommodating! It was quick and easy to reschedule! I came in and was treated so warm and the environment was so welcoming! A BIG BIG SHOUT OUT to LensCrafters on Bluemound in Brookfield!!! Thanks Ace! Took my 90 year old father to pick up his new glasses. He’s been going there for sometime. They saw him out in the parking lot and came out and told us they would bring his glasses to the car and fit him outside so he wouldn’t have to walk so far. Now that’s what I call service!
Ace (the manager) is awesome!
Staff is very helpful!!! No complaints... very thankful that I was able to be seen on a last minutes notice... Helped save myself a loss of a lot of money!!!
I always get great service. It gets really busy sometimes, but that is because of the location. The staff always help me every step of the way.
Annoyed – Honestly, I expected more from my local Lenscrafters in Brookfield. The selection of frames was alright. But the service left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was on a used car lot. With the sales staff doing their best to pawn off the most expensive frames, and saying almost anything to make the sale. Urrghh!!! So I made a selection and got roped into buying top of the line lenses. Fine, whatever. Then they tell me it will be a week before my glasses are ready! Fine, whatever.
