Michael, the long-time Team Leader at this location, is fantastic and usually the associate I work with. During a recent visit to pick up my new glasses, however, he was not on duty and I was assisted by Leilani. Leilani was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though it was closing time, she went above and beyond—researching additional information for me that was unrelated to my pickup. I visited the Orange Park location today to pick up my glasses and was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Upon arrival, I informed the two gentlemen working that I was there to pick up my glasses. Unfortunately, I was essentially ignored and made to feel unwelcome. I have been a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, and this experience was surprising and discouraging.
