I had an excellent experience. My salesperson Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Stopped in to adjust my Rayban prescription glasses. Heat adjustment and in process the Frame snapped. “ it happens” , no empathy , no sorry bout it. Walked away and offered a different frame from the shelf. Had to ask if they could order what I came in with. Not their first offer but they are ordering. 10 days . Things happen but she acted like she could have cared less. It’s a shame because I recommend this particular store to friends.
I have had some of the worst experiences trying to get glasses. This was my first time ever trying LensCrafters. When I tell you, I have never experienced such amazing customer service and it was all thanks to leilani . That woman is so patient and so kind! She helped me for hours to pick out not only glasses but sunglasses obviously within that time I was telling her things about myself And my family, but the shocking part was she actually remembered. Great experience. Ryan in the front of the store was very kind and patient. Very helpful. He explained everything clearly, wasn't trying to up sale. Great customer service.
My family and I have purchased our glasses from this LensCrafters location for several years. Always a pleasure to work with their team. Worked with Greg on this visit and he was very professional, knowledgeable and great at his job. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location.
