Great appointment. Great people. Thank you!
Very quick and easy! Michael was so nice and helpful!
The overall visit to this particular LensCrafters location was very good. The staff and the doctor were all on point. Very helpful and that's certainly a plus. Thank you, LensCrafter/Mack & Associates...... Also, I wanted to mention unrelated to the eye visit is the available parking for the Disabled. THIS SITUATION WILL FALL BACK ON THE PROPERTY OWNER PARKING SITUATION IS VERY INADEQUATE. MAKING ACCESS VERY DIFFICULT.
I had a wonderful experience working with Ryan! He was extremely helpful and professional when helping me purchase contact lenses for my daughter. He made sure to apply all the available discounts and took the time to make sure we got the best price. The entire transaction was so easy, quick, and smooth. Ryan provided excellent customer service and was very kind and patient throughout the process. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service!
