I have to say kudos to the employee at the Enfield mall in Connecticut. She helped my daughter and I out in a semi-emergency situation and we were able to problem solve and find a quick solution to her problem with minimal out of pocket costs for me and new frames for my daughter. She was patient, friendly, and took her time with us. Thank you. I wish I caught her name--I'm sure I missed it in our rush! 😊 (ETA: it states her name is Britney on the receipt, #495908)

Great experience with friendly staff. From helping to pick out frames for both me and my daughter to super fast turn around time on making my new lenses, everyone I met with was fantastic. Prices were reasonable, especially with my vision insurance benefits. I've gotten 3 pairs of eye glasses at the Enfield, CT location and will continue to return there for all my future vision needs.

I went in there this morning and a young man asked if he could help me, yes, could you please tighten the arms of my glasses. Sure, he says. He then directs me to the chair next to the counter and leaves me there say... read more

This is a great place to shop if you don't want to deal with floors and just want to go in and get what you want in one store you can. I love this square they have many many stores just like the big malls.

You think of other big malls around but the Enfield Square is great! They have stores from Best Buy to Target you name it they have it all in one area. You don't have to go on stairs to go from store to store. Very nice place to spend the day and shop.
