I took my glasses back because the lens in my new glasses kept popping out and they ended up cracking the lens, then giving it back as if nothing was wrong. When we came back inside to say that they had broken my glasses there was an instant air of annoyance. Not only that, when my mother who speaks Spanish said something to me concerned the manager responded pissed off that “THEY WOULD REPLACE IT SO ITS OK”.
