Completely comprehensive exam. Totally satisfied. Corrected my prescription that my old eye doctor had completely messed up. Thankful to be able to see clearly again.
During a weekend out of town trip, my sister lost her prescription glasses at Cedar Point. We had plans the next day to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. This location not only had a one hour lab, but, also took walk-ins. They got us in quickly & glasses were completed within an hour. Absolutely saved the day & they were amazing.
After calling and leaving me a message to come pick up contacts that were ordered, I left work early to pick them up and was rudely told to come back another time to see the doctor (even though there was another doctor in the office). They would rather inconvenience the patient, than provide good customer service! Also purchased glasses from them and paid extra for scratch protection and UV coating but the coating is coming off and the lenses look terrible. I was told there was nothing they could do.
