Worst experience ever! They gave me the wrong prescription in my glasses! How do you mess that up!? And they said they dont do rush orders. So I have to wait another week not being able to see clearly because of their mess up! Do not go to this location.

Everyone at Lenscrafters in Oak Brook was so kind, knowledge and good at their job: the person who checked us in and checked our insurance, the wonderful young woman with a great sense of humor who did the pre-check on my daughter's eyes, our doctor, the person who managed the glasses-choosing process, and the lab tech. The lab tech invited my daughter to help with the glasses-making process, and which made the day of this science-minded young woman. Our day turned from a dreaded appointment/errand to an adventure.
