Being in customer service, I try to not speak to the bad of an issue, but with my recent experience at Lenscrafters, this needs to be shared far and wide.. I am very disappointed in Lenscrafters; specifically the Central Florida area manager.... We have been generational customers, and in trying to fix an issue, we were told that the District area manager had no time to speak to us, and that we were not important enough. Went to go pick up my eyeglasses today as it was week later when they said they would be ready. I was given glasses that were not that i had ordered at all. I waited there while they fumbled though iPads to look for my photos they took a week prior. They couldn't find them so had to start from the beginning. I live an hour from the store and i explained how it was a major inconvenience for me to have taken this trip and wasted my time. I requested that the associate ship the glasses to my home address instead of me taking an... read more

I made 3 trips and 3 weeks till they got it some what right
RecommendedMy daughter picked out her first pair of glasses this past September!! Tiffany brand no less!! So glad they had 50% off kids glasses!! Very pleased with them and knock on wood she has not lost them or broke him yet since September!!! She only needs them to see the board in the classroom. But I would recommend to splurge for the antiglare if they’re wearing glasses all the time and you want to take pictures in them!!
