Terrible customer service and follow up. Waited 2 weeks for glasses and was told 2 different stories about why they didn't come in. Then was told there was a 7 day delay because their out-of-state lab did not have the frame to finish. This store threw their lab under the bus. During all this I asked to be called back on 3 different occasions but no one called including the GM. No one is allowed to approve a refund except the GM -- who hasn't found the time to call me back. Terrible customer service and they would rather blam... read more

Got 4 pairs of glasses. 2 for each kid, one of them tinted. None of the glasses were tinted. The first set we were told 30 min to tint. 4.5 hrs latter get the call they are ready. Just went to pick up the second set and neither of them were tinted. Again 30-60min to tint. Can’t wait to see how long this takes. You would figure maybe someone would take pride in their job and Check the glasses when they get them.

I just left the LensCrafters in the North Hills Mall. Got my glasses tightened and questioned about the scratch resistance on my glasses. The blonde lady there told me that my hair was course and could possibly scratch my glasses. I bought glasses at another place and had the glass resistance for 3 years and never had any scratches. What in the world did this have to do with my hair. I'm so disappointed in my visit. If this is the service they give I will not return.
