I bought glasses not evan a year ago (may of last year) and my lenses are cracking. I'm not hard on them I take good care of my glasses. And I got scratch resistant lenses. Yet my lenses are covered in scratches. I did as I was advised and used soap and water to clean and still covered in scratches and still can't believe my lenses are cracking ( like a full on crack that's slowly extending up the lens) unbelievable!! Not evan a year old yet. I shouldn't have to have my lenses replaced under warranty when they are taken good... read more

Awful! The customer service is very poor! Twice they have given me the wrong contacts. The employees must get their eye ware from there. Or they can't read. I have no clue why they can't handle a simple medical device. Poor managers one promises one thing the next says no. Really!? They are the McDonald's of eye care, save your self time and money go somewhere real. Oh and the one of the girls she is a peach! No she is awful, if she was my employee she would be fired!
Very passive aggressive reception staff. They are happy to tell you they are not interested in your business in a very friendly voice.
Worst place ever!!! – This place really sucks, I have been going here for a few years, I dont know why I kept going back, I have problems with them every time, they are the rudest people ever (the general manager Rebecca" Is the worst ! I will never return and give them my buisness, I suggest you skip this place!
