This place is not profesional, my appointments was scheduled at 12:20 and this now is 1:13pm and I still waiting for the doctor 😔🙄☹️ The don’t care about the time of the customers😠. The Made 2 times my glares and I can’t see well, I hate this place 🤯. No profesional service.
Do not recommend the Bowie location, front staff not competent and doctor was nowhere to be found. Had 12.20 appointment and he was not there yet at 12.35. Seems mr. Miller thinks your time is not valuable. Staff can’t figure out insurance, had the same problem last year but the girl working then figured it out, don’t believe they even tried, just wanted me to pay and file a claim with my insurance, sorry but that is not why I have insurance. Will not go back, waste of time.
This location is horrible!!!
I have been to many optical shops over the years having worn glasses for 30+ years. I have to say this shop is the friendliest and most helpf. 5 star customer service!
