Just recieved the worst customer service from Chiara one of the managers. Everyone else was OK but she was a very rude person.
Everyone, from the optometrist, techs from her office to the LensCrafters employees, they were all extremely friendly and so very helpful!
Emily at the ALTAMONTE MALL Location was GREAT. I highly recommend her and this store. The glasses are my best ever and I can see much better. She did not try to push me into buying expensive frames I don’t need. In fact she was focused on my needs and totally helpful. I am not a spring chicken and I have hated to buy glasses in the past. This was a good experience.
