An eye exam, glasses and contacts all in one place. What more could you ask for? The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I love the new imaging technology to fit my glasses. It's so much better than the technician trying to manually adjust them.
AVOID. Ive spent $$$ here in 2014, and 2015. My wife and i Had good experiences then with Dr. Thomsay. Today i called for contacts, which i still have a valid prescription for, and was basically hustled into unnecessary office exams, and were rude. They couldnt find my file and talked down to me. Im almost 40yrs old. And have worn contacts for 20yrs. They ignored me when i walked in. Dr thomsay remembered me but she was extremely rude and tried scamming me for half a visit $$. Brought my son in for an appointment. Was asked what kind of exam we wanted but the options were not explained. If you can't explain why I should upgrade and spend more money with your company, don't ask me. YOU are the expert, not me! Appt was scheduled for 10:30ish, still waiting for the actual exam........guess I should have anticipated this being an ALL day thing.
Great service and fast friendly helpful employee. Great lab team work!
