Love the staff and my wife and I have both bought multiple pairs of glasses from this location.....really disappointed in the quality of the lenses though......the lenses of both of my ray bans have completely fallen apart. The outer layer begins to peel off after about 3 years of use. I stopped by the store and they basically said I was out of luck because the warranty had expired. Great customer service !!! – I have a complicated prescription that seems to change often. I had been going to a small independent provider for about 21 years and now lived to far away to go back. I thought I would try Lenscrafters because they offer great discounts and I could also use my AAA membership for additional discounts. My first set of lenses weren't the same type of material that I had used for years. I couldn't seem to adjust well to them so I went to North Hills while shopping to see if I could do better.
