Poor service. After Rx made for a specific brand of monthly type contact lenses, I was told to come back in a week, because I had no major problems during that week, I decided to stay with the brand, after a couple of months the contacts started to give me troubles. When I called back to see if I could change the Rx to my old brand I was told that in order for them to be able to write a new Rx, I had to have the exam repeated by them and evaluated by them in the "new" contacts. Worst Eye Doctor Ever!!! – The Perimeter Eye Group (inside Lenscrafters) could not be any more incompetent if they tried. The woman at the front desk should be fired for her lack of professionalism and customer service. After an exam that made me super uncomfortable, I went back to pick up my contacts, and even though the receptionist was sitting there working, as soon as I walked up, she said, "we're closed". good repair – I bought a pair of eyeglasses a few years ago, and they're always helpful when they need to be tightened. Once, they broke the lens while tightening and replaced it immediately with a better lens.
