On August 21st, 2021 between 7pm and 8pm ET, my wife and I were hoping to find a new pair of frames to complement my new style and look at work until we were bombarded by a staff member who was rude, inappropriate, and condescending resulting in an off-putting interaction that lost the store at least $600+ of revenue that day, which only accounts for our interaction (assuming others were not met with the same off-putting service).
