Bought a pair of Burberry frames 8/2016 and they broke. Returned to Lens Crafters Dedham today and was told to go to a jeweler for repair. WTF would I go to a jeweler?? Left messages for Burberry corporate & Luxottica. Will NEVER shop at Lens Crafters again.
I walked in ready not to be happy or impressed. But - happily - I was proven wrong. Extremely helpful staff – not pushy, and genuinely interested in making customers happy. The staff worked as a team to find me frames that I liked. Everyone was very affable and helpful! After a pretty miserable experience at a smaller boutique optical shop, I'm happy to have good policies and protection behind my purchase - and customer service that dwarfed the fairly aloof attention I got at the smaller place.
