I recently purchased my glasses about two weeks ago. I was told it would take 14 days when I bought them...I am still waiting on them. I thought the customer service was good, but they shouldn’t tell you 14 days if that’s not the case. Not happy... I need them ASAP

Anyone that has anything negative about this LensCrafters has some issues!! There is not a More professional staff that I have ever dealt with in buying eye 👁 wear in 30 years absolutely top notch
Told the employee to call me and let me know if the Dr. Takes my insurance. They never called so I did not go to my appointment. Got a bill in the mail saying that I owed them $50 for a no show. I got it taken care of by blessing out another employee. But what kind of place charges a new customer $50 for not showing up. Seems like they don't want new business.
