Worst company ever no customer service at all
Outstanding service. I stepped on my glasses on accident Friday night. I can’t see a thing without my glasses!! ... Went there Saturday. And they were super eager to help me see again. They helped me find frames that would hold my lens until I could get an appt for my next exam. I called Visionworks where I originally got my glasses 2 years ago and they offered nothing. THEY lost a client for sure. A+ LensCrafters !! Thank you so much. !!!!!
Glasses broke in half so I went to get an eye exam and new glasses. Doc is on approved list for blue cross, I go there and was told by staff that eye exam would be covered by blue cross. WRONG he is not an approved provider but is listed as such on the Blue Cross website. Went to have glasses made as I did not have a backup pair. 3hrs later they hand me the glasses and mention to me they had an accidental scratch in the lens directly in the center of the left eye.
