It’s been 2 weeks and when I call they only say I’ll get a text message to pick up my glasses!! No explanation at all to why it’s been 2 weeks and no glasses. I purchased 2 pair and my progressive pair had to be ordered. Well let’s just say this us my first time with Lens Crafters and my last.
I love the different glasses that they offer
I wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible customer service. I went to pick up my new glasses and they ordered the wrong frames. When I told them those weren’t the frames I ordered the manager was rude and made it seem like my fault and basically said I was lying about it. Then they wanted to charge me $80 more to get the right frames because the frames I wanted were more expensive than the wrong ones. Normally I get my annual eye exam around July, later in this year my family Dr. sent me a reminder to have my eye exam. I went in to LensCrafters at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh as a walkin on Dec 30th and asked about the insurances they accept and to see if I could possibly get seen without having an appointment. The staff was very professional and they all worked in harmony to see that all customers were taken care of as soon as possible. Not great – I've never bought anything from here, but I was shopping for glasses a few months ago and just didn't see ANYTHING appealing. I have a small face and couldn't find anything small enough. Also, most of their stuff looked cheap and not very stylish. Would not recommend.
