It’s been 2 weeks and when I call they only say I’ll get a text message to pick up my glasses!! No explanation at all to why it’s been 2 weeks and no glasses. I purchased 2 pair and my progressive pair had to be ordered. Well let’s just say this us my first time with Lens Crafters and my last.
I love the different glasses that they offer
I wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible customer service. I went to pick up my new glasses and they ordered the wrong frames. When I told them those weren’t the frames I ordered the manager was rude and made it seem like my fault and basically said I was lying about it. Then they wanted to charge me $80 more to get the right frames because the frames I wanted were more expensive than the wrong ones.
