Saw Dr. Collins in January 2023 and was told my eye pressure was elevated and they would refer me to an Ophthalmologist. I was told that day I would hear from someone in 2-3 weeks. I haven't heard from their office since the day I left. I have called their office over the last 3 weeks to follow up and left several detailed messages requesting a call back. No one has called me back. I guess my eye health is no concern of her or her staff.
Everyone there is amazing! Super helpful, trusting and accommodating. They have an amazing glasses selection and eye doctor on site. I will forever be a patient of them. I highly recommend!
Have been waiting almost 3 weeks for new lens for my glasses and all I can get from LensCrafters is "have no clue when they will ship, maybe anytime now". In my book, unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience with LensCrafters. FYI, ordered new full glasses from online service and got them in 10 days. Go figure.
At 66 years old, I am a first time eye glass wearer. I was impressed with staff who was so helpful, patient and very professional. Visited 5 other shops - in one I was not even approached for assistance. None were as helpful and polite as Pensacola Lenscrafters. And, by far, the selection was the best. The store was very clean and I felt good that they clean the try on pairs after every try on.
My last eye exam was done in March 2021 in a different state, visited this Lenscrafters this week. They were very rude to me initially when I walked into the door. The lady who was working, on Wednesday Sept 22nd couldn't find my exam, gave me the run around with my prescription. Told me I HAD TO get glasses through them. Dr. Dela Cruz is a great eye doc. He paid attention to my eye problems and now I am able to see well and comfortably on the computer without any eye strain. Thanks to his prescription and lens recommendations I no longer have eye strain and headaches. My whole family now are patients for Dr. Dela Cruz. 10/10 recommended!!!
Awesome customer service walked in looking to repair a screw that was missing out of my Ray-Bans they probably replaced it for free very friendly definitely recommend going there and purchasing internet pair of shades.
Staff was friendly and professional. Dr Kim was awesome, she explained everything super clearly and she was very friendly, the entire visit was over before I knew it. Best eye doc experience I've had.
I was very disappointed about the selection of frames. Also I had to wait a long time to enter the store even though there was only one other costumer. Also I was told that my glasses would be in in 2 weeks but its now going on 3 weeks. So disappointed.
