Darrell was absolutely amazing work so hard to make sure I was a accommodated with my very difficult prescription went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new glasses. Wound up getting three pairs. I’m gonna look amazing all summer long.
Excellent customer service. I purchased glasses and sunglasses from this store in May. I usually do not purchase the protection plan but this time I did. In July I had a small ding in the glass, smack in the middle of the lens. It bothered me. I went to LensCrafters and they are replacing that lens for a small fee. I couldn't be happier.
