Darrell helped both me and my mom (on separate days) with ordering our new prescription frames! We appreciate the attentive care and patience Darrell had while assisting us at LensCrafters.
What a great experience. Went in for contacting exam and fitting. Staff is great Doctor John very knowledgeable and great personality. Wentvwith daily disposable lens that fit great. Great prices.
I have been going to Lens Crafters for years and recently referred my sister there. Me and my husband are always greeted as soon as we walk in the door and treated respectfully, with any and all questions answered. The fact that the manager, Crystal, remembers us each year is wonderful. We are not just a number, we are humans!
After two disappointing trips to Vision Works I decided to try Lens Crafters down the road . I was instantly impressed on how I was met at the front door with and smile and a friendly hello followed up with if there’s anything you need don’t hesitate to ask we are here to help you. I had a very unique lens issue that started with a website order and happened a second time. My annoyance came from the website directing me to the store, but their systems aren't linked and the frame I ordered is not available in store. The website sent a replacement and the same lens issue happened again. The problem was handled with above and beyond service from Crystal and her team at the North Attleboro store.
