It’s hard to find good customer service these days but you guys were great!
The woman helping us seemed to have no idea what she was doing. The prices we were quoted was no where near what we were expecting. Afterward we pulled up our insurance benefits and compared the the receipt. To say we were over charged is an understatement. The exam was good and I recommend that but don’t get glasses here. It’s a scam. Hugely so.
arrived waited over and hour had my appointment cancelled. asked to check in 10 minutes before my appointment lady at the desk said i was to early. why i was there only to be told the dr. doesn't take my insurance but the glasses maker does. this should have been discussed before we traveled 20 minutes since the website accepted my insurance. definitely will no longer do business with them
