I went to the store in White-Marsh Mall. Worst customer service ever !!!!!!! In my opinion ignoring your customers is just as bad if not worse that being rude and unprofessional. I walked out of there and went .to Pearle Vision. They treated me very well and valued my business.
Very accommodating staff! Got my prescription glasses in 30mins!
Love it way better experience/more thorough then Wal-Mart plus I got my glasses in an hour
