The Murray store is SWANKY! NEW Update! Was impressed with all the folks. Also the rep that helped me was London. Very nice very professional and also was not pressuring me in anything. She would answer questions I had and also looked up to see which of my insurances had the better benefits. All in all good people would recommend.
Zenni Optical sells glasses for one sixth the price without pressuring you to buy frames no one needs.
I had been to multiple other lense crafters, but none of them could meet my needs. My visit was just what I needed. The store manager was very knowledgeable and responsive to my unique situation. I didn’t feel rushed but he helped me make choices- I will recommend the store.
I feel very well taken care of and know that my eye health Is understood, as is the expectation of the utmost quality and professionalism which I feel is more than satisfactory met!
Lindsay was great to work with. She was kinda, patience, very helpful and clearly had a great knowledge of all things glasses. She understood the prescription implications and was able to recommend a frame that would handle the lense thickness. She also knew how to work well with the insurance and got me the best deal on two new frames and a new set of lenses for a frame I came in with.
