I had my glasses made less than six months ago. From the beginning of the consultation, I expressed my discomfort with the prescription and the way the exam was conducted. I was told, "Trust us, and you'll have a guarantee." However, I returned several times because I was not satisfied with the final product, and the follow-up exams were even more frustrating.
