London, the lead of the store, was patient, professional and kind. Found several frames to consider based on my wants and likes. A pleasure doing business as always at this LensCrafters location.
Worst experience ever!
Dude with no hair, extremely rude. I politely asked if I could return some glasses I was picking up. He proceeded to tell me with an attitude "you'll have to deal with ray-ban for that". Mind you, I didn't automatically know that, my bad...im a dumbazz..The dude then hands me the box and walks away. I don't know why he was that way but maybe some customer service training videos?? The ladies there were very polite tho. Overall another reason to not deal with LensCrafters anymore..
Best experience I've had purchasing glasses in 30 years. Thank you Lindsey for your patience, kindness, and understanding of our needs. You are awesome.
