I needed lenses placed in some frames that I purchased at another store, and London couldn't have been more helpful. She was great from the moment I talked with her on the phone until I completed my visit to her store in Murray. London was prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied. Her professional service made me eager to visit the same store with my future needs. I'll ask for London!
First time I went in, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I wandered the store for 15 minutes before I decided to leave, as people were sitting behind the desk, never once acknowledging me. I assume I wasn't their "ideal customer". I decided to bite the bullet, I went back 2 days later and a nice young fella from one of the Utah Co stores helped me right away.
