I went to lens crafters to get distance and reading glasses both prescriptions were made wrong I reached out to their customer service and was told I would receive a call from their district manager in Atlanta named Erica within 5 business days. I waited 14 days with no call. Lens crafters does not support their customers and the second they get your money they don’t care about the customer. I would say never buy anything from lens crafters unless u want to get screwed.
I've come to this location for decades and for a saleslady to not recognize their product(Michael Kors) just reinforces that CS is declining. Just needed my glasses fixed!
I should have known better than to come back to this dump! Last year they took almost a month to get my frames and lenses back. This time I ordered only lenses and I was told I could bring the frames back and they would have them cut and fit in 30 to 45 minutes. I take them back and there is no one there that can cut the lenses today and will not be in until 2 tomorrow. No one made any mention of certain times that I can bring the frames back either in person when I ordered them or in the voicemail she left saying my lenses ... read more
This place is garbage. Customer service doesn’t exist here. They never pick up the phone. I placed a order two weeks ago and have yet to get communication about where are my glasses. A lot of I don’t know from them. Will never go here again. The regional manager needs to relook at this staff and hire a new staff.
Worst place I have ever been to for eyeglasses. Doesn't matter what your complaint is they will tell you to give it a few days to get used to it or whatever just to get you out of their store. They will even look you in the face and say "well I don't know why"!!!! @ Kingsport Mall , TN. Location.
