Took my $98 for an eye exam knowing full well I want to glasses at the time of service and then told me after-the-fact that the lab was down and I could not get glasses today!
RecommendedThis location is so helpful. I got glasses there a few months back. I have been struggling to like my glasses because they keep sliding down. Today they replaced the frames due to a screw missing they couldn’t replace & also the arms would not stay tight on my head. Thank you all at this location. You are all friendly & deserve to be recognized for your amazing customer service.
I lost my glasses and needed a pair quickly! I wear progressive bifocals and needed someone to start from scratch. This staff is the best! They were courteous, helpful, answered any questions that I had. I went back to have my lenses redone w/o the anti-reflective. Staff said no problem, helped me and treated me the same as if I was buying a new pair. Got my glasses and the best pair of bifocals ever! The digital exam was fantastic. Highly recommend.
They are great with repairs. They assited me with all needs
The doctor is very sweet and a very good doctor. I'v started to bring my whole family to see her. ***This is NOT the location inside the mall, it's across from the mall. I made that mistake of getting them mixed up.
