I paid over $300 for new lenses for my classes. Still dont have the right clean lenses I paid for. They made them 2 times at the store still not right. Then the said they cant made them correctly at the store and my lenses would have to be shipped to the store. Well called today and some how my lenses went missing. So now they are being reorder them once again for the 4th time. I have to wait even longer now. I ordered these on 3/8/2020 and now its 3/28/2020. Still out 300 dollars and no lenses. Good selection but the “get them in an hour” doesn’t really happen anymore
Just went to pick up my new glasses. I can see better out of my old glasses. They said the prescription in the lenses was correct and I had 30 days to adjust to them. I had told her I could tell wearing them would cause me to be nauseated. The frames weren’t cheap. I left without the glasses and basically wasted money on the eye exam and the frames. Now I have to spend more out of pocket money to have someone that knows what they are doing to exam my eyes so I can get new glasses because my present frames are on their last l... read more
I am sure the doctor and office in the back are both great; the front eyeglass shop has terrible customer service.
Dr. Cleary is great! She’s so thorough and explains everything in great detail. She definitely knows her stuff! Quick & efficient �
Second trip on the same pair! First time was a chip between the lenses, now we have a crack forming...
