I went to LensCrafters for an eye exam and not planning on purchasing eyeglasses. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Isaac verified my benefits and broke it down for me which led me to purchase my eyeglasses from them. The staff is patient and willing to answer all your questions and help you select the frames that meet your needs. I highly recommend.
My daughter dropped off her glasses to have them fix, the girl helping her told her that they would be ready in 10 min, 10 min later the manager Isac told my daughter that they had no idea where the glasses were at. That he could not find them and that he had looked for them. I then stepped in and asked him to please look for the glasses that we had just dropped them off he said he was unable to look for them because he had other things to do. My daughter needed new glasses. I definitely recommend going to this LensCrafters. Mario helped us, he was nice and funny, and we had a great experience. My daughter loves her new glasses.
