Very efficient and helpful with a great frame selection and they accept many insurance plans.
It is not wheelchair accessible. I brought my mother and it was very difficult. They couldn't do a full exam.
I do not like being 20 minutes early for an eye exam appointment only to be seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then, after getting the initial exam, waiting another 30 minutes to see the optometrist. It is disrespectful. I did give three stars instead of only one because the staff were very friendly - they just need to be more organized and respectful of their customers’ time.
