Rude and arrogant and frankly insulting people. I booked an appointment for my partner last Thursday and gave over his insurance details on the phone l. He arrived in time to be told by a rude and frankly mistakable woman that he doesn’t have an appointment and has never been here before for an eye exam (despite being a customer for 29 years).
