If you want anything simple done here your best bet it to pop up on them and handle it in person. Trying to call them to do anything seems to be beyond their capabilities. I had to show up just to find out if my trial contacts were in. I had to show up just to get the prescription finalized because they never called back from a call I placed a week ago.
