I have been going to LensCrafters for several years. I have always liked the fact that I can receive my new glasses within an hour. My vision has not changed but this will be the 3rd time that I have had to replace my lenses . The first time they told me that the protective coating was not sealed correctly so they replaced my lenses for free. Been going here for over 15 years always good service. Never had any problems.
There is no problem getting glasses. However, the selection is horrible
Went in today for an eye exam. Told them what I wanted done and was given a quote, paid and time for the exam. Came back for the exam to be told they were going to charge me $70 more than the price I was originally quoted and had already paid for. Very disappointed and left without an exam. Pretty sad that a business can't handle even the first step in the process of listening to what you want and quoting the appropriate amount. We won't be going back!
