If I could give a 0 star review I would. I never had an eyeglass company that was so pitiful and the store manager admits on the phone with me that she has had a lot of issues with people with prescription issues but instead of solving the issue and taking the recommendation, she hangs up because I think with better training, they would not have as many issues like with my glasses, since April until November they could not get the prescription right and refuse to listen to what I am recommending to make it work. Penny was absolutely fantastic. She provided courteous and professional assistance and did not mind my and my fiancee's offbeat humor. Very thorough exam by knowledgeable tech. Reviewed by Dr. Miley with vision test. Great selection of frames by well known vendors. Apply discounts eith out asking. Very satisfied with professional and customer service
On vacation and left my sunglasses at home. They did a great job working with me to find a inexpensive pair of sunglasses for my vacation and had them done in an about an hour!!
