The doctor’s office is ridiculous and worthless. I paid for my contact exam. I was told that my trial pair would need to be ordered. Here I am more than a week later with NOTHING, not even my contacts prescription, and less than $100! When we scheduled the appointment, it was in network. My insurance would’ve paid for the exam. RecommendedFast, friendly and I got exactly what I ordered.
I called to make an appointment at the optometrist office and they gave me an appointment, I called the following day to give them my insurance information and they confirmed my appointment. So I show up today to my appointment and the office manager who has no name (she refused to give me her name) said they don’t do appointments only walk ins! She was so rude and clueless, she made NO effort whatsoever to help nor did she apologized. Don’t waste your time here.
