employees were very nice and helpful, Drs are wonderful at explaining things, prices were a little high on frames and lenses but if you have insurance or not it's not to bad. all in all a good experience.

I ordered new glasses. Said emphatically that i did not want the reflective coating on them. They did it anyway. I’m Sure to maximize their profit. Anyway, i went back a couple weeks later and told them i hate it and don’t want it. They told me they would order some new lens and then i could come in and have the lens switched. Now, two weeks later i can’t even get a return phone call and they don’t have my replacement lens.
This place is horrible. The customer service stinks and high pressure up-selling is a joke. Steer clear of this place! There are a hundred better places to go with in blocks of this rip off joint. The prices are ridiculous too.
