Went to this LensCrafters to see if they would help me to adjust my glasses that I had purchased online. I had seen in the past that they would adjust any glasses so I wanted to give them a try. Walked in and waited only to be denied service because I purchased my glasses online. Last time I checked, good service brings back customers - and considering my family has used LensCrafters in the past, I will refer them to America's Best after they provided me exceptional service and no complaints about my adjustments. My experience was very enjoyable. The lady that helped me was very nice and gave me lots of options.
Both the glasses side and the contacts side are incredibly helpful. My insurance can get quite confusing due to me having two different plans and they always go through my different options to see what will be the cheapest combination of contacts, frames, and lenses. The store can have a heavy volume at times, but they’re always diligent in giving you a call as soon as your things are ready so you’re not bound to the store and can go about your day.
