My experience was truly one of a kind from the moment i walked in I could feel the enthusiasm and interest to truly give me a one of a kind experience. Cindy truly made my day. I was escorted to Brianna who helped me to go through the entry process while keeping me engaged and answering any questions I had. Tracey help me to pick out a one of kind pair of glasses that fits my articles as well as my personality would recommend to anyone in downriver to come in and give them a shot you won’t regret.
This place is horrible. I got a replacement pair of glasses that gave me a headache. They said it was caused on the type of frame I had chosen. I had them expected from another optical place and they said they were to strong. I would recommend not getting anything done at this store. I have never had this problem at other stores. Also the blonde service agent called me stupid when I walked out to top it off. The older silver haired lady was extremely nice. At least she understands customer service.
Very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Office staff is beyond superb to say the least. If you want top notch eye care services, look no further than.
Cameron, was very professional, courteous, and really knows her stuff. And she’s a great sales person. Need more employees like her.
