I walked in to get my frames adjusted (the frames were not purchased at LensCrafters). I was met with a friendly smile by Christian. He was very helpful, professional, and made the process quick and easy!! Thank you Christian!

Worst worst worst experience ever. I just had an appointment at 3:30pm today and i was there on time. They took me into a eye exam, when my eye exam was done they try to put me in with dr.miller to finalize my eye exam and get my prescription but dr.miller refused to get me into her room instead she sent me back to the waiting area. After 10 min sitting in the waiting area, they put me into exam room. After another 5 mins sitting there around 4pm i saw dr.miller but instead of completing my eye exam dr.miller went to next ex... read more
