I do not recommend this location to anybody. I just had to email the general manager waiting on a reply I never in my life endured this type of disrespect from any store in my life especially in front of my son. I was asked to leave the store since I had questions about not getting my refund back on sunglasses I purchased for my son. Someone called me from the store to say I could get my refund and I came all the way from Philadelphia and both managers in this store was very unprofessional and rude to me. Christine was super helpful. I went in with broken glasses and she was able to fix them within 5-10 minutes. 10/10 customer service.
Excellent experience at LensCrafters Cherry Hill Mall. Lonna & Christine were amazing, Knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure! I got one pair of glasses & two lense replacements in another frames. I would highly recommend them. Thank you ladies so much!
