My husband took our daughter for an exam here a few weeks ago and didn’t get her pupillary distance checked. After calling twice and stopping in person to request this measurement, multiple staff members, including the manager on duty REFUSED to give us the measurement unless we were going to purchase frames in store. RecommendedI was looking all over for prescriptions for my frames...😫😫😫And No one wanted to touch them💀💀💀 But LensCrafters did🤗🤗🤗 Boi Was I Happy!!! Had a fantastic pair from this location in 2011, nothing but problems since then. On the 5th pair of lenses ordered for my current glasses and they didn't set the lenses into the frames right, again!! Thank you for the massive amounts of wasted time and money because I have to come back yet again when you open tomorrow.
