Went in to ask about a scratch in the lens the guy that was working was rude, took the glasses cleaned the lens handed them back to my husband and said nope nothing they could do. Didn't even ask him if he wanted to order a new pair, or give us any other options at that. My husband didn't even get to finish the conversation with the guy and he was already on helping the next customers.

Lenscrafters staff were extremely rude to my wife during her eye appointment. Highly recommend finding another eye Dr. with staff that know how to treat people with understanding and respect.
