I wanted to personally Thank Mr. Arsenio at the Lenscrafter in Fairoaks Mall for his attention to the care and understanding needs of my brothers glasses. My brother, Kimlong who has a mental disability was treated with the dignity and respect he so often does not receive when he out in public.
