I hit a 3” cast iron pipe cap cutting weeds in the alley! I thought I had broke the shaft of my lawn mower. I took it in to Josh and he had a Quick Look at it and said no broken shaft, this piece is designed to break before the shaft. He replaced the piece in about a a minute no charge for labour $33 for the part. Very honest of him. He could have just taken the mower and kept it for a week and given me a bill for $500 but he didn’t.
Josh was incredibly helpful for troubleshooting issues with our small Honda motor. Service was immediate and excellent, everything was explained to us very well and we got lots of great advice, not only for the motor but for other equipment we use as well. Would absolutely recommend!
