My apologies to Rick, i left a bad review in error and I am now correcting this. Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to my attention.
We needed help selling our Forestriver Vibe and on a whim i called Lens rv to inquire about consignment of our trailer. Rick their rv manager explained how it works and got the ball rolling .Rick predicted the trailer would be sold within a month and almost a month and it sold. Thank you for your dedication to helping us accomplish a great deal. This would not have happened within out the help of Lens rv sales and service. You made it a pleasure to deal with this team. Highly recommend Rick lockett for your rv needs.
My review and below is my reply to your comment. Honestly purchasing here is highway robbery. The trailers are in poor shape and there is no clear understanding of the finance contract and how the interest balloons because they give you a term but you still pay after without any renegotiation of the finance contract with their provider. You’ll keep paying for the rest of your life without even understanding why. Don’t go through their finance system if you do purchase their poorly made products. Lens RV Service Is one of the best service for trailers that I’ve dealt with in a long time . The service desk was great, polite, and understanding Also, their Service mechanic answered my questions and did above and beyond. I would recommend lens RV for any of your trailer needs. Thanks again
